What is NEDA

NEDA Desktop Edition is a desktop software that could extract stdf/csv/wat data formats and analyze production stutatus, plot static & interactive distribution and it provides a set of powerful map tools. NEDA also offers many customzied tools like correlation report, customized report builder, data refine tools, chip-id extract feature, customized data format parser, customized map export formats and map extractor. NEDA can also edit STDF MIR content and split/merge/repair STDF files. NEDA can extract STDF files with about 50MB/s process speed and it provides interactive user interface to give you wonderful experience.

STDF Statistical Analyzer
